Memorial Day Weekend

Friday, May 27th

  • Due to inclement weather, arriving earlier than expected this afternoon, Friday’s Patriotic Festival activities at Town Point Park have been cancelled.
  • 12:00-1:00pm - Cultivated Mind - Cancelled
  • 1:30-3:00pm - The Wailers - Cancelled
  • Vendors and sponsor activities - Cancelled
  • 5:30pm - Doors open for Jon Pardi with TracieLynn and Nate Smith at Norfolk Scope Arena

Saturday, May 28th

  • 11:00am - Military Zone activities begin with Air Force DEP swear-in ceremony & F-22 fly over
  • 2:00pm - Toad the Wet Sprocket with Anthony Rosano at Town Point Park Stage
  • 5:00pm - Gates open for Kane Brown with Raelynn at Norfolk Downtown Waterfront Waterside Drive

Sunday, May 29th

  • 11:00am - Military Zone activities begin
  • 2:00pm - Gin Blossoms with Tracielynn at Town Point Park Stage
  • 5:00pm - Gates open for Morgan Wallen with Ernest at Norfolk Downtown Waterfront Waterside Drive

Tickets

  • Patriotic Festival is Mobile tickets only. For easy entry, add your ticket to your digital wallet prior to arriving at gate.
  • Ticketmaster is the only authorized seller for the Patriotic Festival. We cannot guarantee tickets purchased at any resale outlet, it is a buy at your own risk.
  • No tickets for sale at gate

Will-Call

  • Will-Call tickets will be available for pick up at 4pm prior to that day's performance.
  • Picture Identification is required for pick up of any tickets/passes/credentials.
  • Will-Call is located at each of the three concert entrances.

Refund Policy

  • The Patriotic Festival is a nonrefundable event and all sales are final. Weather and other factors may make the event impossible or unsafe to produce or complete as schedule in whole or part.
  • If the Patriotic Festival is cancelled, postponed or rescheduled, in whole or in part ticket purchaser may use the ticket to attend the event the following year.

Other Policies

  • You may bring one unopened bottle of water.
  • No unapproved vending including the sale or re-sale of alcoholic beverages
  • No disorderly or disruptive behavior
  • No fighting or threatening behavior: any person found fighting will be evicted from the 
festival without refund
  • No display of Gang colors or affiliation Any person found will be subject to 
investigation and immediately evicted from the event without refund
  • Any person found to be in possession of a weapon will be subject to a criminal 
investigation and immediately evicted from the event without refund
  • Any attempt to enter with prohibited items is subject to confiscation and will be asked 
to leave
  • Any item that can be used to disturb the peace, endanger the safety of the crowd, and/or 
inflict damage to people and goods are prohibited
  • Anyone deemed intoxicated or incapacitated will be evaluated by medical personnel and 
the appropriated actions will be taken (treatment, and/or given to a responsible 
individual and asked to leave the festival)
  • No illegal drug will be allowed into the festival nor consumed while on festival property. 
Security and LEO’s will enforce all local, State, and Federal laws. If caught, the individual is subject to arrest and/or eviction from the festival

Hampton Roads Public Transit

  • Park & Ride Locations: Newtown Road Station, Military Highway Station, Broad Creek/Ballentine Station, Harbor Park Station (across street from station platform)
  • The Tide (light rail): The Tide has 11 Stations and 4 Park & Ride locations with easy access to Downtown Norfolk – stations in Downtown include Civic Plaza Station, MacArthur Square Station, and Monticello Avenue Station.
  • Elizabeth River Ferry: Portsmouth to Downtown Norfolk – ferry dock locations at High Street and North Landing (Portsmouth); Waterside Dock (Norfolk). The ferry runs every 30 minutes from Portsmouth to Norfolk. Ferry Hours – Monday through Friday, 5:30am to 11:45pm | Saturday through Sunday – 10:00 am to 11:45 pm
  • Route 960 Express Bus: Limited Stop Service – from Virginia Beach Oceanfront (19th and Artic Ave), the Route 960 is an express bus that stops at Town Center, Newtown Road Station and ends at the Downtown Norfolk Transit Center (DNTC). Passengers can transfer from bus to light rail at the Newtown Road station for easy access to stations located in Downtown Norfolk
  • Route 961 Express Bus: – Limited Stop Service from Hampton and Newport News – HRT offers the Route 961 which comes out of the Newport News Transit Center and Hampton Transit Center with service to the Downtown Norfolk Transit Center.
