Scope Arena is a climate-controlled venue – no weather challenges with preferred reserved seating, and pit tickets (arena) that allows patrons with an excellent no obstructed view to the stage. It has upgraded amenities, convenient beverage and food points of sale, men and women lavatories and security operations on site off site with the Norfolk Police.

Tickets & Will-Call
Mobile Tickets
- Patriotic Festival utilizes Mobile tickets. For easy entry, download your ticket or add to your digital wallet prior to arriving at doors.
- Ticketmaster is the only authorized seller for the Patriotic Festival. We cannot guarantee tickets purchased at any resale outlet, it is a buy at your own risk.
Will-Call
- Will-Call tickets will be available for pick up at 4pm prior to that day's performance.
- Picture Identification is required for pick up of any tickets/passes/credentials.
- Will-Call is located at Scope Arena Box Office.
Refunds
- If the Patriotic Festival is cancelled, postponed or rescheduled, in whole or in part ticket purchaser may use the ticket to attend the event the following year.
Parking
Area Public Parking
- Accessible parking in the Scope Garage is available on a first-come, first-served basis. When the garage is full, cars will be directed to the Bank Street garage after dropping off patrons with disabilities.
- Please also be advised that the left hand turn lane into the Scope Garage from St. Paul’s Boulevard is blocked off several hours before large events.
